The Eicher Skill Contest SHAKSHAM 2026 turned into a proud and defining milestone for our teams this year. After competing across three demanding rounds, four teams secured their place in the final round. Their journey reflected preparation, confidence, teamwork, and a strong commitment to excellence.

From the very first stage, the competition demanded focus and precision. Each round raised the bar higher, and our teams responded with determination and clarity.


Three Rounds. One Goal. Excellence.

The contest unfolded in three structured rounds: Quiz, Group Discussion, and Presentation. Each round tested a different dimension of capability.

The Quiz Round challenged participants on accuracy and subject knowledge. Teams had to think quickly and respond with confidence. Our participants demonstrated sharp technical understanding and strong conceptual clarity.

Next came the Group Discussion Round, where communication and teamwork became critical. Participants exchanged ideas, defended perspectives, and collaborated effectively. This stage evaluated clarity of thought and structured reasoning. Our teams stood out with confident articulation and coordinated teamwork.

The final and most decisive stage was the Presentation Round. This round included a detailed case study that required analytical thinking and practical application. Teams analyzed real-world scenarios and presented structured solutions. The judges closely observed decision-making ability, problem-solving approach, and delivery confidence. Our teams rose to the occasion with logic, preparation, and professionalism.


Teams That Advanced to the Finals

In the North 2 Regional Round,
Ghaziabad Warriors – Manish Sukha & Rajat secured the Winner position with consistent excellence across all three rounds.
Lucknow Kings – Sudhesh Verma & Shivani Srivastava earned the Runner-Up title through strong analysis and impactful presentations.

In the West Regional Round – Pune,
Pune Blaster – Roshni Agerkar & Amol Sathe achieved the Winner title by demonstrating structured thinking and decisive execution.
Pune Warriors – Chintamani Yelmeli & Hareshwar Tharbole secured the Runner-Up position with disciplined teamwork and confident case study analysis.

Each team showed resilience, preparation, and competitive spirit. Their performance reflected not only knowledge but also the ability to apply it under pressure.
This accomplishment further strengthens the momentum built through recent recognitions, including the Best Spare Parts Distributor – Large Market award at Eicher ADC 2025 in Malaysia.
