Department/Division: Sales & Marketing External Interface: Customers, Parent Companies’ RPM/APM, Vendors/Suppliers

Minimum Qualifications

  • MBA/Post-Graduation/Diploma in Management, Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for parts, EGL, and DEF in both value and volume.
  • Enhance the penetration of fast-moving and periodic maintenance parts across counters.
  • Ensure 80% customer target achievement monthly.
  • Finalize monthly sales one day before month-end.
  • Onboard new customers according to assigned targets.
  • Drive parts display activities with BDEs at five retailers’ counters monthly, securing at least two testimonials per activity.
  • Monitor active customer growth month-on-month.
  • Analyze sales returns and damages, implement corrective actions, and report to Business Heads and Warehouse Managers.

2. Business Development

  • Develop and ensure adherence to BDE’s PJP and DGE based on business potential.
  • Organize mechanic training programs.
  • Participate actively in skill development contests and training sessions hosted by VECV and Beekay.
  • Strategically utilize POP materials, branding tools, and promotional resources for maximum impact.
  • Coach teams to maximize benefits for mechanics through connect programs.

3. Receivable Management

  • Meet collection targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Maintain market outstanding days to less than or equal to 24 days.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Ensure 100% balance confirmation quarterly.
  • Convert 60% of customers to channel funding programs.
  • Identify defaulters, blacklist them, and share information with relevant Business Heads.

4. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the branch premises.
  • Conduct a monthly fire drill.
  • Manage daily administrative operations, including vendor coordination.
  • Ensure regular maintenance of facilities such as plumbing, electrical, and hygiene services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless branch operations.
