Key Responsibilities:
- Go To Market: To follow PJP and visit customers as per plan ( Retailers, Dealers, Fleet Owners, Transporters,IS, MSRTC.)
- Sales & Collection Target Achievement: Achieve Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly sales and collection target of all product segments (EGP, EGL, DEF.)
- Network Expansion: Continuously identify and adding new customers.
- Nurturing New Customers: Nurturing and developing new customers and help them to grow.
- Partlines Penetration: Work towards increasing partlines sold at each customer point.
- MLP: Work towards making Mechanic Loyalty Program (Eicher Connect Program ) successful.
- RLP: Work towards making Retailer Loyalty Program (Eicher Bandhan Reward ) successful.
- Marketing Activities: Conduct effective marketing activities.
- Competitors Analysis: Competitors activity monitoring and reporting .
- Market Visit Report: Maintain record of daily market visit report and regular update sent to Branch Managers, BDM & BH.
- Communication: Ensure timely flow of information to customers viz. policies, schemes, offers, outstanding, target achievements, credit notes, pending issues settlement.
- Jo Dikhta Hai Vo Bikta Hai: To ensure that genuine parts, lubricants, DEF are displayed at the customer counter in a organized manner during each visit.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and address customer queries, concerns, feedbacks and requests promptly.
- Tour Bills: Timely submission of tour bills or any other bills related to marketing activities.
- Usage of Digital Platforms: Learn, understand and make the best use of all applications and digital platforms provided by the VECV and Beekay.
- Learning & Development: Continuously work on self development – participate in I Learn sessions and other trainings provided by Beekay & VECV.
