Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduation, Post Graduation, Diploma, ITI
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or business development

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:1. Market Development & Sales Growth
- Visiting customers (retailers and mechanic cum retailers) as per the Planned Journey Plan (PJP)
- Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales & collection targets for all product segments, including:
- Parts
- Accessories
- Oil & Essentials
- Genuine Motorcycle Accessories
2. Customer & Network Expansion
- Continuously identifying and onboarding new customers
- Nurturing new customers and supporting their business growth
- Enhancing stock-keeping unit (SKU) penetration across customer points
3. Relationship Management & Program Execution
- Driving the Royal Enfield Mechanic Advocacy Program (RE MAP)
- Conducting marketing activities to strengthen brand presence
- Monitoring competitor activities and reporting insights
4. Reporting & Communication
- Maintaining a daily market visit report and updating branch managers
- Ensuring effective communication of policies, schemes, offers, and pending issues to customers
- Ensuring organized display of all Royal Enfield products at customer counters
5. Learning & Digital Adaptation
- Utilizing digital platforms and applications provided by Beekay & Royal Enfield
- Participating in training and continuous self-development programs
