Navigating FY 25–26: Highlights from Maruti Business Unit’s Sales Meet

With a sharp focus on collaboration, performance, and customer success, Beekay Group successfully hosted its annual Sales Meet for FY 25–26 – Maruti Business Unit at two of its key hubs—Haldwani on November 12 and Lucknow on November 17. Conducted as day-long sessions, the meet brought together regional teams for an open and engaging dialogue on what lies ahead and how to get there—together.

Training modules on Beekay’s “9 Steps” Sales Process and the “10 Tools” used in the field helped everyone revisit their basics and apply them with more impact. Through role-plays and peer feedback, learning was made practical and engaging.

The meeting also featured focused sessions on the P.E.T. Tool and “Tarang – 7 Pillars” model, designed to ensure excellence in both sales and service. These tools are more than theories—they are everyday guides that help teams stay consistent and customer-focused.
Festive Bonanza and Vendor Collaboration
With the festive season approaching, a session was dedicated to the progress of ongoing schemes and how to better reach customers during this crucial period. A vendor presentation from Ecstar added further value, offering a full overview of their automotive care and maintenance range—products that are already trusted by customers across India.

As always, the event closed on a high note with an awards ceremony, recognizing top performers who have gone above and beyond. Their hard work, passion, and commitment to customers were applauded by peers and leaders alike.
