- Education: MBA in HR or PGD in HR (regular)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR Talent Acquisition
- Skills:
- Verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of compliance acts and usage of compliance portals (ESIC, EPFO)
- Time management and liaison skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Executive, your duties will include:- Payroll Management
- Implement and review payroll systems for accuracy in processing salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
- Manage payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes.
- Attendance and Compliance
- Maintain attendance and leave records in physical and digital formats.
- Ensure timely processing of ESI, EPF, and bonus compliance updates, including returns and payments.
- Documentation and Employee Records
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records of employees’ personal details.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Benefits Administration
- Manage benefits like ESIC, EPFO, insurance, and loans.
- Oversee medical/life insurance policies, assisting employees with eligibility and application processes.
- Onboarding and Training
- Generate ESIC and UAN numbers for new hires within 7 days.
- Train team members to use the GreytHR portal and address their queries.
- Query Resolution and Support
- Listen to and resolve employee concerns regarding PF, ESI, gratuity, leaves, and medical insurance.
- MIS & Data Management
- Manage analytical and MIS data for payroll, employee benefits, and decision-making.
- Standardize reports for management insights.
- Full & Final Settlement
- Process full and final settlements for exiting employees within 30 days of their departure.
