Q3 Newsletter: October - December 2025

Covering the period from October to December 2025, this edition of The Genuine Samachar brings together key moments and initiatives that shaped the quarter across Beekay Group.

During Q3, we expanded our operational strength with the launch of two new warehouses in Ayodhya and Kashipur, enhancing distribution capabilities in key regions. A series of mechanic meets, mass owner interactions, and genuine parts awareness campaigns helped us strengthen our customer relationships on the ground. Our ongoing focus on team development was reflected in recruitment drives and dealership service trainings, aimed at building a more skilled and responsive workforce.

The quarter also featured Christmas celebrations, health check-up camps, and recognition programs, reinforcing our commitment to community, wellness, and internal motivation.

A Quarter of Recognition, Growth & Celebration.

The July–September 2025 quarter was filled with proud moments and meaningful progress at Beekay Group. We were honoured with top industry awards—including Best Spare Parts Distributor – Large Market at Eicher ADC 2025, and multiple recognitions from Maruti Suzuki and Shell Lubricants for our outstanding performance.

This quarter also saw the expansion of our Maruti Business Unit with the launch of new warehouses at Kashipur and Ayodhya, helping us serve our customers better and faster. Across our teams, we hosted impactful Retailer and Mechanic Meets, shared knowledge through training sessions, and celebrated creativity during our Talent Fest. The festive season brought us together with colourful Diwali celebrations, strengthening the bonds that power our growth.

Beekay Group began 2025 with powerful strides in execution, engagement, and expansion. In this edition of The GenuineSamachar, we highlight a series of impactful milestones:

From energizing Meet & Greet events and Mechanic Meets across multiple cities to hands-on training and recruitment drives, we focused on empowering both our workforce and our customers. The quarter saw significant expansion with new outlets across Lucknow, Kumaon, and other regions, further strengthening our reach and service capabilities.

We also celebrated team achievements, like our sales team qualifying for the Mahindra Champion League in Goa, hosted health-focused Walkathons, and ran 30-day roadshows and oil change campaigns to deepen community engagement.
