Eicher Genuine Parts & Lubricants Warehouses Inaugurated in Agra and Sambhajinagar
Beekay Group has inaugurated two new warehouses for Eicher genuine parts and lubricants in Agra and Sambhajinagar. The expansion marks another important milestone in our association with Eicher.
Both facilities add new locations to Beekay Group’s distribution network. More importantly, they create dedicated infrastructure to support customers and business partners in their respective markets.
The inaugurations brought together teams from Beekay Group and VECV. Together, they marked the beginning of a new chapter for Eicher parts and lubricants distribution in both regions.
Expanding Our Eicher Distribution Network
The new Sambhajinagar Warehouse – Eicher Genuine Parts & Lubricants was inaugurated with representatives from Beekay Group and VECV.
The program was hosted by Mr. Sumit Yadav – Branch Manager, Sambhajinagar Branch. It was graced by Mr. Bhavnish Mehdiratta – CEO, Beekay Group, and Mr. Dinesh Pant – General Manager, Sales & Marketing.
Senior representatives from VECV also joined the occasion. They included Mr. Obaid Rehmani – Aftermarket Parts Head and Mr. Rahul Sinha – Retail Parts Head.
Meanwhile, the Agra Warehouse – Eicher Genuine Parts & Lubricants was inaugurated with the same spirit of partnership. The program was hosted by Mr. Himanshu Chawla – Branch Manager, Agra Branch.
Mr. Bhavnish Mehdiratta and Mr. Dinesh Pant also attended the Agra inauguration. In addition, Mr. Rahul Sinha – Retail Parts Head represented the VECV team.
We were also pleased to welcome Mr. Harsh Agarwal and Mr. Utkarsh Agarwal – Owners, Prem Enterprises, as chief guests.
Together, the two inaugurations add important new locations to Beekay Group’s growing distribution footprint.
Why These Warehouses Matter
For retailers, workshops, and customers, access to the right products at the right time is important.
The new facilities bring Eicher genuine parts and lubricants closer to the markets they serve. Therefore, local teams now have dedicated infrastructure to support distribution in both regions.
The warehouses will support the movement of both spare parts and Eicher Lubricants. This also allows the two product categories to be managed through a stronger local distribution base.
The Agra facility strengthens Beekay Group’s presence in the region. At the same time, the Sambhajinagar warehouse adds another important location to our network.
As a result, both branches have a stronger base for serving retailers, workshops, customers, and other business partners.
These warehouses are not only additions to our physical infrastructure. They also support the long-term development of our association with Eicher.
The People Behind the Expansion
A warehouse becomes effective only when the right teams work together behind it.
The two inaugurations reflected close coordination between Beekay Group and VECV. Branch teams, warehouse teams, sales teams, and senior leadership all contributed to the expansion.
Their combined efforts will now support the day-to-day distribution of Eicher genuine parts and lubricants in these markets.
Our work in this area has also received industry recognition. As it was recognised at the VECV Annual Dealer Conference, Beekay Group received the Best Spare Parts Distributor and Best Lubes Distributor awards.
That recognition reflects the efforts of many teams across the organisation. Moreover, the new warehouses take that work forward through stronger on-ground capabilities.
What’s Next
With the Agra and Sambhajinagar warehouses now operational, the focus moves from inauguration to execution.
The next priority is to understand local demand and maintain the right product mix. In addition, our teams will continue supporting customers and business partners across both markets.
The two facilities also provide a base for the next phase of Beekay Group’s work with Eicher. They add infrastructure where it matters and bring teams closer to the markets they serve.
